We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Manager to help lead our Boca Raton team, uphold our tradition of excellence, and deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.
Responsibilities
As a Manager at Gallagher’s, you will:
- Lead and Motivate: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, providing training, coaching, and support to front- and back-of-house teams.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, adherence to standards, and a seamless guest experience.
- Enhance Guest Relations: Proactively engage with guests, resolve concerns, and cultivate an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.
- Drive Financial Success: Monitor sales, control costs, and support the achievement of financial targets.
- Uphold Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to execute strategies and meet organizational goals.
- Problem-Solve Effectively: Address operational challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support Team Growth: Identify opportunities for staff development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant (steakhouse experience a plus).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and financial management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology.
- A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
