The Fairfield Inn & Suites Arlington Near Six Flags is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. Hotel experience is not required. If you have outstanding customer service skills, we'll teach you everything you need to know about hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations.
- Provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure every guest has a great stay.
- Create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
