Responsibilities
- General Labor work tasks include but are not limited to:

Pressure washing

Caulking

Finishing

Paint/foam application

Rigging and transport of materials by crane

Proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Move, stack, and store materials in designated areas.

Conduct site clean-up and waste disposal activities.

Report any injuries or safety hazards to a supervisor promptly.
Requirements

Previous experience in a general labor role is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language in order to follow written production schedule

Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50lbs for up to 10 hours a day.

Must be able to climb 4-5 feet off the ground frequently.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.

Must be able to walk and stand on concrete floor throughout 10-hour workday.
