The Role
We are looking for a dependable, bilingual Security Officer to join our team. You will rotate between a Lobby/Front Desk post and an active Roving/Patrol role. This is not just a guard position — you are expected to be professional, service-oriented, and attentive at all times.
Shifts Available
- Morning: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Monitor the lobby, cameras, and building access at all times
- Conduct patrols of perimeters, garages, and common areas every shift
- Assist residents and guests with packages, deliveries, and general needs
- Document and photograph all package deliveries and incidents
- Escort contractors
- Verify amenity rooms are properly set up each shift
- Respond to emergencies (fire, flooding, medical) following building protocols
- Maintain radio communication and report all incidents with detail and photos
- Support other departments (Front Desk, Pool, Maintenance, Housekeeping) as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Valid Florida Security D License or ability to obtain one
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Prior experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or hotel security preferred
