Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Retail Sales Associate who enjoys interacting with customers and helping them find the right products for their needs.
This is an entry-level position. No prior sales experience is required, but you must be comfortable starting conversations, asking questions, and confidently recommending products.
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, coachable, and motivated to develop strong customer service and sales skills in a professional retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming store environment
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs
- Recommend products and upgrades based on customer needs
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently
- Support store sales goals through product recommendations and add-on sales
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
- Support daily store operations
