Role Overview:
This role supports operations, compliance, HR, and management, ensuring paperwork, people, and processes stay organized, compliant, and on time.
Perfect for someone who thrives in structure, takes ownership, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen driver applicants and coordinate interviews
- Onboard drivers and manage documents/contracts
- Maintain DOT, compliance, insurance, and claims records
- Organize meetings, calendars, travel, and office supplies
- Assist GM with administrative and special projects
- Conduct research on carriers, regulations, and vendors
Requirements:
- Fluent speaking and writing in Ukrainian or Russian (required)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and being proactive
- Able to work both in office and warehouse environments
- Comfortable with documents, email, spreadsheets, and phone calls
- Logistics / trucking experience is a plus, not required
