Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with a strong focus on quality patient care.
Help establish and grow a new dental practice from the ground up.
Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the dental department.
Order dental equipment, instruments, and clinical supplies.
Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and facility needs to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Develop efficient clinical workflows and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
Mentor and support clinical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.
Utilize electronic dental records and practice management software efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or leading a dental clinic or dental department.
Proven experience as an attending/general dentist with strong clinical judgment.
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active California Dental License in good standing.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience opening, developing, or growing a dental practice is highly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and operational management skills.
Strong knowledge of dental equipment, inventory, and supply management.
Computer literate and proficient with dental practice management software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping build a successful practice.
