As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help us deliver an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries in guest rooms.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and in good condition (e.g., soap, shampoo, paper towels).
- Report any maintenance issues or room damages to management.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry services as needed.
- Provide excellent service to guests while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
