We are partnering with a well-established sparkling beverage manufacturer in Preston, WA, to hire motivated
Production Specialists for an immediate Temp-to-Hire opportunity. This role offers an excellent entry point into the food and beverage manufacturing industry, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on attendance, performance, reliability, and safety.
As a Production Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Compensation & Schedule
- Base Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: Additional pay for hours worked outside of 1st shift
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (3-6 months)
- Schedule: Four 12-hour shifts per week
- Hours: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
- Work Week: Monday-Friday with one rotating weekday off
- Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Start and end times are subject to change based on business needs
- Overtime opportunities may be available
What You'll Be Doing
The Production Specialist plays a critical role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and consistently.
Responsibilities Include:
- Safely operate production and packaging equipment while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation and product quality
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Perform production and packaging changeovers
- Handle raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
- Verify materials and ingredients are available and correctly utilized
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Record pallet and QA inspection information
- Ensure all safety guards and equipment protections are in place
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate production concerns to Leads and Supervisors
- Collaborate with Warehouse, QA, Production, and Maintenance teams
- Follow all GMP, SQF, food safety, and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum one year of work experience preferred
- Manufacturing, warehouse, food production, packaging, assembly, or beverage production experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Flexibility to work overtime and schedule changes when necessary
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stoop
- Work safely around production equipment and machinery
- Inspect products and production areas for quality and cleanliness
- Use cleaning tools, chemicals, hoses, and production materials as needed

safety-sensitive position within a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. Team members are expected to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and food safety while supporting a productive workplace.
