Top Driver, one of the Midwest’s largest private teen driving schools, is looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our friendly Customer Support Team!
About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll support customers via phone, live chat, and email. No two days are the same! A typical day may include:
- Providing information about our driving programs
- Enrolling students in courses
- Troubleshooting online account issues
- Scheduling lessons and appointments
- Processing payments through web-based systems
Our office supports customers across multiple states, so this role requires adaptability and a broad knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior customer service and/or office experience
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with web-based programs
Schedule & Benefits
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Full-Time Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (flexible)
- Occasional daytime weekend shifts available
