In this vital role, you will evaluate vehicle damage resulting from collisions, prepare accurate repair estimates, and coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and our repair technicians to ensure a seamless repair process. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in estimating repairs. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Role & Requirements
- Greet customers with positive energy in person or over the phone.
- Provide customers with timely and accurate repair updates, guide them through the repair process and ensure excellent customer service.
- Document all customer interactions notating all necessary information
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and professionally
- Maintain consistent communication with the insurance companies and ensure that estimates meet insurance requirements and expectations.
- Must be able to work in a team. Communicating with the technicians to ensure the teardown is completed in a timely manner and minimize supplements.
- Manage each repair from start to finish, tracking production and preforming quality checks throughout.
Experience:
- Collision estimating: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
