Location: Beverly and Danvers, MA
Schedule: Per Diem, Monday through Friday, during program hours (9am-4pm)
Target Pay: $70.00 hourly

Job Summary
At Northeast Arc, our mission is to change lives and discover abilities. Our Day Habilitation program in Beverly provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities the structure, clinical support, and person-centered care they need to grow and thrive. As a Per Diem BCBA/LABA, you will play a meaningful clinical role in supporting this mission by conducting behavioral and developmental health assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and developmental health assessments for participants supported in Day Habilitation within 45 days of intake, every two years, or upon significant change of status
- Develop Behavioral Support Plans in accordance with Department of Developmental Services regulations
- Collect information for plan development through on-site observation, record review, and interviews
- Develop behavioral treatment plans and present to the Human Rights Committee and/or other governing agencies
- Collect behavioral data and analyze the effectiveness of treatment, recommending changes to plans as needed
- Work collaboratively with clinical team members, Program Directors, and support staff
- Attend monthly Day Habilitation Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and team meetings as assigned
Qualifications
- Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field required
- Active BCBA certification and Massachusetts LABA license required
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other behavior-related disorders
- Demonstrated professional written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record required
- Ability to stand and walk for up to one hour uninterrupted
- Must successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment
