Traction Podiatry Group is a growing mobile podiatry practice serving patients throughout the Phoenix metro area. We provide foot and ankle care directly to assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, group homes, and patients’ homes.
We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive team member to help support our mobile providers and keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Mobile Operations Coordinator serves as the primary administrative support for our mobile practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, facilities, and providers—handling day-to-day communication, coordinating patient needs, maintaining supplies, and ensuring operational details don’t fall through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys solving problems while providing excellent customer service.
Primary ResponsibilitiesPatient & Facility Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Return patient calls promptly
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Coordinate with patients, caregivers, assisted living communities, and facility staff
- Handle appointment changes as directed
- Resolve routine patient questions and concerns
- Coordinate follow-up communication with patients and facilities
Provider Support
- Serve as the primary administrative support for mobile providers
- Purchase, organize, and maintain mobile equipment and supplies
- Monitor inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Prepare materials and equipment for providers
- Assist with day-to-day operational needs
Administrative Support
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate patient records
- Maintain internal spreadsheets and tracking documents
- Process paperwork and documentation
- Assist with workflow improvements and special projects
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Google Workspace and standard computer applications
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
- Spanish speaking is a plus
