PRIMARY DUTIES:
General duties and responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks, including answering telephones, typing and word processing, creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, making copies of documents, working with ProKitchen software (preferred), maintaining utility records, and supporting office operations, including but not limited to the following:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, employees, vendors, and other individuals by answering questions, providing information, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Maintain and update manual files and computerized database systems; process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including processing, printing, and mailing utility bills and payments; processing utility payments (including electronically scanned check deposits); reconciling receipts; creating deposit tickets; and preparing bank deposits.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and accounting tasks (preferred).
- Sort and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Compile, copy, sort, file, and organize utility and property records, utility billings, and real estate transaction documents while maintaining the security of confidential customer information.
- Generate, forward, and log daily call reports.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information for property records and billing reports.
- Assist in scheduling estimates, installations, and related correspondence.
- Review files and records to respond to verbal and written requests.
- Assist with the collection of delinquent accounts.
- Occasionally deliver messages and run errands.
- Follow office security procedures for opening and closing the office.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office and workspace.
- Assist with cabinetry design proposals and customer projects using ProKitchen software (preferred).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- At least two (1) year of experience in a professional office setting.
- Experience in the cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or home improvement industry is highly preferred.
- College or technical degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of ProKitchen software is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Excellent bookkeeping, computer, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work efficiently in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions.
- Valid driver's license required.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
PAY:
Starting at $14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
