- Ensure meticulous maintenance and organization of case files and records.
- Conduct research and gather necessary materials for thorough case preparation.
- Oversee the management of attorney schedules, facilitating meetings and appointments.
- Engage professionally and tactfully with clients, court representatives, and other involved parties.
- Handle a variety of communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Execute a range of administrative functions such as filing, scanning, and document reproduction.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar legal support role, particularly within family and business law contexts.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and adept with the NYSCEF (New York State Courts Electronic Filing system).
- Superior organization with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with excellent articulative skills.
