We are seeking proven professionals with a track record of success in sales, business development, leadership, healthcare, consulting, banking, or other relationship-driven industries.

Candidates must currently hold a real estate broker license or other senior-level real estate license required to oversee local brokerage operations within the state. Commercial real estate experience is not required. CARR provides specialized healthcare real estate training and development.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a managing-level licensee in the state
- Advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate decisions
- Develop relationships with healthcare practice owners and administrators
- Evaluate properties, demographics, and market opportunities
- Analyze lease, purchase, and financial scenarios
- Negotiate business terms and real estate agreements
- Build relationships with referral partners and industry vendors
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Licensing Requirements:
Candidates must maintain all licenses required to legally conduct and oversee brokerage activities within their state. Current broker-level licensure (or equivalent senior-level license) is required.
Compensation:
This is an independent contractor position.
Compensation is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings. While no income is guaranteed, many successful agents fully replace their prior income within their first two years and significantly exceed it thereafter.
