Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable PCB Manufacturing Operator to join our manufacturing team at Hughes Circuits Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various stages of the printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication process while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available.
Responsibilities
· Operate manufacturing equipment used in the PCB fabrication process.
· Load, unload, and process panels through assigned production areas.
· Follow work instructions, travelers, and production schedules to complete jobs accurately.
· Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality.
· Use measuring tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
· Record production data and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
· Report equipment issues, process concerns, and quality defects to supervisors.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
· Handle materials and chemicals safely while following company procedures.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in reducing waste and rework.
· Work with team members to meet production goals and delivery schedules.
· Follow company policies and procedures and perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
· Ability to read and interpret prints, travelers, and technical documentation.
· Ability to follow written instructions and manufacturing procedures.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous manufacturing experience.
· Experience in a PCB fabrication or electronics manufacturing environment.
· Familiarity with production documentation, travelers, and work instructions.
· Experience operating manufacturing equipment and using measuring tools.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: Starting $18 an hour

Location
- This is a Full-Time (40 hours) onsite position from Monday-Friday.
- 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11pm
