Overview
At Sideline Solutions, we are dedicated to providing prompt and effective medical care to individuals in need, with a primary focus on the health and safety of student-athletes and all participants. We are currently seeking skilled Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's) to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
Act autonomously as a representative of Sideline Solutions, attending to the medical needs of athletes, coaches, spectators, and officials during events. - Provide comprehensive athletic medical support by assessing, treating, and stabilizing individuals in need of medical attention. - Serve as the sole medical resource at events, being prepared to intervene within the first aid scope of practice in case of injuries or medical emergencies. - Appropriately assess situations, intervene as necessary, advise on further care, and communicate effectively with higher levels of care when needed.
Experience
Minimum one year of experience in emergency medicine is required. - Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in vital signs monitoring, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology. - Strong drive for providing exceptional patient care. - Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and apply knowledge of emergency medicine principles.
