Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Storm Damage Specialist to assess storm-impacted properties, educate homeowners on restoration needs, and help coordinate repairs.
This is an elite opportunity to build a high-earning career in a recession-proof industry. No industry experience required, we train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Perform exterior property assessments after storm events
- Identify storm-related damage and document findings
- Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance-covered repair needs
- Work closely with our project managers to ensure homes are restored properly
- Maintain communication with homeowners throughout the process
- Attend ongoing training to stay current with industry techniques and codes

- Valid driver’s license preferred
Experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
