This location offers shipping solutions from DHL and USPS. We also offer many additional services, custom packing, printing, mailbox rentals package receiving, notary, shredding and much more. Every day is fast-paced, different, and hands-on. Customers count on us to make their shipping hassle-free, their printing stand out and the packages handled with care.
We’re looking for an energetic, problem-solving associate who thrives on helping people, learning new skills, and keeping things running smoothly. Forget the typical retail routine. Here, no two days are the same!
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of our store: Greet customers warmly and make them feel supported.
- Problem-solve & recommend: Help customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services while suggesting the best solutions for their needs.
- Upsell with integrity: Use your customer service skills to maximize sales without being pushy.
- Support printing/design projects: Assist with print jobs and basic graphic design tasks (training provided).
- Operate systems: Run our POS and PostalMate shipping software (we’ll train you).
- Keep things sharp: Restock, organize, and maintain a clean, professional store.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our crew to hit goals and keep service levels high.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, approachable personality who enjoys helping people.
- Customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable upselling and explaining services with confidence.
- Basic experience or interest in printing (a plus!).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a busy environment.
- Tech/computer comfort & willing to learn new software.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
