We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our Software Development team as Software Architect.
Responsibilities include:
- Architect, design, implement and tune robust features that perform and scale in a SAAS/hosted environment.
- Resolve technical issues in existing applications
- Work with clients or Solution Architects on client engagements or in-house products (Onsite and Offshore).
- Engage in Pre-Sales activity whenever required.
- Actively engage in increasing the portfolio of IncRev Technical Assets.
- Provide Technology Leadership to other employees and mentor them to be future architects.
- Research new technologies and build prototypes with a small team.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to working alone or lead a small team of developers.
- Experience building highly scalable, distributed systems
- Multiple End-to-End Application Development and Deployment Experience using Java/C#/C++/C/Python or any modern programming language
- Experience architecting scalable and secure web services/API’s (preferably RESTful web services)
- Proficient in designing database schemas to match client requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills required
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, or related field or relevant experience from a leading institution
Nice to Have:
- Experience with NoSQL Databases
- Experience with Big Data using one of the Hadoop distribution frameworks
- Exposure to Mobile Application Development (Android/iOS/Windows)
