TurtleBay Smoothie Co. is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Supervisor to help lead day-to-day café operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside the team while helping maintain quality, speed, organization, and positive vibes throughout each shift.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shift operations
- Support and motivate team members
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help prepare smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, and drinks
- Open and/or close the café
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle cash/POS responsibilities accurately
- Assist with inventory and restocking
- Help train and coach newer team members
- Keep the café running smoothly during busy rushes

- Previous food service or leadership experience preferred
