Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency with brand standards and customer expectations
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while considering dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Manage inventory control, procurement, and food ordering to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, hygiene standards, and health regulations across all kitchen operations
- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless service for large events and special functions
- Monitor shift schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth daily operations within budgetary guidelines
Experience
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
- Extensive culinary background with strong skills in food production, cooking techniques, and menu planning
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams in high-volume environments
- Knowledge of dietary department practices and food handling safety protocols
- Prior experience in banquet catering, event catering, or large-scale food service management is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, cost control measures, and food industry standards
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments effectively
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
