Ken Ganley Sewickley Audi is looking for a friendly Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator to answer customer calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, assist with basic questions, and help keep the Service Department organized and running smoothly.
Dealership experience is a plus but not required! If you're great with people, comfortable on the phone, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career with growth potential. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

Schedule and confirm service appointments

Help customers with basic questions and direct calls as needed

Maintain accurate customer and appointment information

Communicate with Service Advisors regarding scheduling needs

Assist with general administrative and receptionist duties

Help provide an excellent experience from the customer's first point of contact
What We’re Looking For:

Previous receptionist, scheduling, administrative, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
