LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LPN
Job Summary
The Arc Westchester, a leading non-profit social service agency in Westchester County, NY is seeking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to work independently within a group home setting providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include:

Provide LPN nursing services in the residences assigned.

Promote good health, prevent illness and ensure needed medical care is provided to individuals living in agency residences.

The LPN provide direct and on-call services as well as coordinating and managing of individuals’ healthcare.
Job Requirements:

Must have a NYS license as a Practical Nurse - LPN;

3-5 years of nursing experience preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Needs to be a self starter with strong nursing skills.

Kind and compassionate, willing to work and collaborate with the team.
