We’re seeking passionate and motivated licensed massage therapists to join Team Tox Carlsbad, the first The Tox studio in San Diego.
At The Tox, we’re more than a wellness studio—we’re a movement focused on optimizing health and performance through lymphatic and digestive treatments.
Our signature Master Tox combines manual lymphatic drainage with specialized equipment to detoxify the body, reduce bloating, and boost circulation for total-body wellness. Our technique is 90% manual and 10% enhanced by our proprietary machine, targeting the lymphatic system to flush toxins, sculpt the body, and improve digestion. We also offer innovative products to support results both in-studio and at home.
No prior experience with our method is required; we provide the training!
Schedule:
- Part-time to Full-time
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekends availability required
- Expected hours: 24–36 h per week

- Must hold a current California Massage Therapy License

What You Will Do
- Perform our signature treatments in studio
- Educate clients on the benefits of lymphatic and digestive health
- Share product knowledge and recommend solutions for continued wellness
- Represent The Tox at events and demos to promote the brand and grow clientele

- Competitive pay: $20 per hour + tips + bonus + commissions. Suggested tip typically $35-$40 for a 60-min service. Expected earnings while with client is $50-$60/hour. Base hourly compensation is paid regardless of whether you are with a client or not.
