Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Proposal Writer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being a versatile contributor. In this role, you will support proposal development, marketing content creation, and project coordination while working closely with leadership, Business Development Representatives, and subject‑matter experts. This position is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a supportive team. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit proposals in response to formal procurement requests and coordinate high‑quality submissions
- Analyze RFPs and manage proposal timelines and milestones
- Create marketing content for newsletters, social media, and campaigns
- Design brochures, presentations, and sales collateral
- Support conferences, events, and general project coordination
- Maintain templates, boilerplates, and proposal databases
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of proposal writing, technical writing, or related experience
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Experience with Adobe InDesign (Required) and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator & Acrobat)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with marketing principles and content creation
- Ability to work in Windows 11 environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Education: AA required; BA preferred

Compensation
Compensation is DOE and aligned with competitive salary bands for proposal and marketing professionals in the Mid‑Atlantic region. Candidates will be asked to provide compensation expectations in their cover letter.
Location
This hybrid role is based out of our Harrisburg, PA headquarters. Candidates must live within 1–1.5 hours to support in‑office collaboration during proposal deadlines. Harrisburg offers an affordable cost of living, a growing downtown, and convenient access to Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.
