QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred (Life & Health a plus)
- Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Goal-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools
