Admissions Lead Coordinator
Reports To: Vice Principal of Academics/Department Chair Job Status: 12-month, full-time, exempt
Salary Information: Salary will be based upon compensation guidelines/substitute pay policy; with a range of
$80,000 - $90,000. This position is eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous PTO and holiday
schedule, 401(k) savings plan with school match, higher education tuition reimbursement, and JSerra tuition
discount of 50% off base tuition for each dependent child or legal guardian designated child who attends JSerra.

Description: The Admissions LEAD Coordinator is responsible for events, recruiting, admissions support services to
other programs and departments, and dissemination of information about JSerra to prospective families.
Responsibilities
- Represents JSerra at numerous school functions and communicates the vision and mission of the school to
prospective students and parents.
- Collaborates with the Vice President of Admissions in the coordination of recruiting and admissions activities,
including Open Houses, Information Nights, 8th Grade Visitation Day, High School Presentations, Placement
Tests, and Incoming Student Nights.
- Works with the Vice President of Admissions to develop and implement a recruiting and admissions program
that engages prospective students and communicates admissions decisions in a timely manner.
- Manages and directs the LEAD Student Leadership Program, which serves 200+ students, and organizes
shadow days, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Manages middle school visit calendar, recruits JSerra student representatives, and assists in school visit
presentations.
- Leads campus tours for prospective families.
- Assists with coordinating major admissions events, including supporting the annual Open House, High School
Placement Test, Rocket Competition, and helping run the 5th–6th grade Spelling Bee competition.
- Manages portfolio of prospective families through the admissions process.
- Takes the lead on cultivating relationships with key partner institutions and organizing strategic recruitment
of partner schools.
- Works with head coaches to develop a strategic recruitment plan for students interested in participating in
their respective programs.
- Oversees the Lion Engage Middle School Summer Program, managing program logistics, marketing the camp
to partner schools, coordinating faculty, coaches, and student mentors, guiding daily activities, and leading
all public-facing announcements and transitions throughout the week-long camp.
