In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain Bobcat material handling equipment and related equipment at customer locations while providing exceptional service and technical expertise.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Bobcat material handling equipment and related equipment at customer locations
- Perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, engine, and drive system diagnostics
- Complete preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Utilize laptop diagnostics and manufacturer software
- Communicate repair recommendations and equipment concerns with customers
- Complete service reports, labor entries, and parts documentation accurately
- Maintain your company service vehicle, inventory, and tools
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Provide emergency or after-hours service support as needed
- Mentor and assist less experienced technicians when appropriate
Qualifications
- 3+ years of mechanical repair experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, engine, and drive systems
- Ability to diagnose equipment independently in the field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Technical school education or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Experience with Bobcat equipment or other material handling equipment is preferred, but not required
Experience with Bobcat equipment is preferred, but we also encourage candidates with experience repairing forklifts, material handling equipment, heavy equipment, diesel equipment, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, aerial lifts, fleet vehicles, commercial trucks, generators, or automotive equipment to apply.
