Salary: $130,565k - $166,795k + 25% annual bonus eligibility-

Responsibilities:
The Sr. Manager Corporate Finance adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the enterprise. Reporting to the Director Corporate Finance, this role is responsible for assisting in management of the annual budget and forecasting processes, along with reporting and analysis of consolidated and profit center performance. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various supply chain, finance and accounting teams to identify best practices across the network and lead effective consolidating reporting practices. This individual will provide executive and department leaders with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting to support strategic decision making.
Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and review comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages and presentation decks for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, that deliver timely and actionable insights

Analyze and report on key drivers and trends related to monthly estimate variances

Assist in compiling and publishing key metrics and KPIs to provide transparency, insights and consistent reporting to senior leadership to drive effective and efficient allocation of the company’s investments

Gather, report, and provide analytics on monthly Risk and Opportunities submissions

Manage the budgeting and forecasting process. Includes project management skills, ability to partner across the organization, and performing reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of inputs as well as driving continuous improvement to promote forecast accuracy

Responsible for assisting with key quarterly earnings analyses

Maintain and enhance a comprehensive corporate financial model (5+ year) to support strategic planning and growth opportunities.

Assist with the preparation of corporate presentations for strategic initiatives

Utilize influencing skills to build collaborative relationships with Supply Chain, Accounting, and Operations Finance teams

Proactively seek ways to enhance, streamline, and automate existing processes

Lead in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives that contribute continuous process improvement to the organization

Education and Experience

8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A or Business Analysis. Consumer Products experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. CPA or MBA preferred.
