Position Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for our team
- Answer inbound calls and assist potential customers
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude on every call
- Accurately record customer information and appointment details
- Help create a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For:

✔ Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
✔ Comfortable speaking on the phone
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
✔ Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
