Job Summary
We are excited to announce an opportunity for energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Dinner Servers for our highly anticipated late July launch. This role is perfect for hospitality professionals, food enthusiasts, and customer service experts eager to deliver exceptional dining experiences. As a Dinner Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive attentive service, delicious food, and a memorable atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help set the tone for a successful opening and ongoing guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including wine and specialty drinks, using POS systems efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including catering options and wine pairings
- Ensure guest needs are met throughout their dining experience by checking in regularly and responding promptly to requests
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards
- Support food handling and preparation procedures as needed to uphold hygiene regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and food preparation techniques
- Experience with POS systems, wine knowledge, and catering services is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest interactions
- Prior hotel or restaurant experience is a plus; coffee service experience is also beneficial
