- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Active California Respiratory Therapist License
- RRT credential required
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Epic charting experience required
- Community hospital experience required
- Teaching hospital and Level I/II Trauma experience preferred

Clinical Experience
- Adult Critical Care
- Emergency Department
- Experience with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway management
- Arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and interpretation
- Chest physiotherapy and pulmonary hygiene
- Aerosol and nebulizer medication administration
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Patient transport and respiratory support during procedures
Any Specific Mandate skill required
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Active California Respiratory Therapist License

- BiPAP, CPAP, SIMV, HFNC, mechanical ventilation
- Extubation and intubation assistance
- Airway suctioning (ETT, NT, oral, and nasal)
- Oxygen delivery devices including ET tubes, T-piece, trach collar, and oxygen tanks
- Administration of common respiratory medications including Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Pulmicort, Flovent, Tobramycin, Mucomyst, Spiriva, Xopenex, and Racemic Epinephrine.
