Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dry cleaning team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and providing great customer service.
No previous dry cleaning experience is required—we will train the right person! Customer service and retail experience is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service
- Check customers in and out and process clothing orders accurately
- Answer questions about our various services, pricing, turnaround times, and special requests
- Sort, process, tag, and prepare all garments for cleaning and pressing
- Carefully inspect all garments and identify stains, damage, or special care instructions
- Process customer payments and handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Keep the front counter and customer area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Communicate customer requests clearly with the production team through proper use of identification flags
- Communicate effectively with management to help address and resolve customer concerns as thoroughly as possible
- Assist with other store duties as needed and as directed by management

- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand and move around for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry multiple garments and laundry bags at a time, as needed
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and organize clothing throughout the workday

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
