THE MISSION
- Lead the floor — coordinate work, drive improvements, keep the shop safe and moving
- Lead the team — maximize productivity and hold the standard, by example, every day
- Own the inventory — precision matters here; track it, manage it, protect it
- Keep learning — new skills required; we grow, you grow, that’s the deal
- Welding projects — hands-on fabrication work as part of the role
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience as a foreman, crew leader, or supervisor — you’ve led before and people followed
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and shows up — always
- Direct and assertive; no need to be told twice
- Works as well solo as with a crew — situational awareness in both
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Outstanding attendance and a strong work ethic
SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART
Experience in any of these is a serious plus — not required, but we notice:
- Welding and metal fabrication
- CNC machine operation
- Lean management
- Aerospace manufacturing
HOURS
Full-time · Day shift · Minimum 40 hours per week
COMPENSATION
Starting pay: $20–40/hr DOE. Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours.
