Plant Production Associate – Production II

Current Openings:
Truck Loading & Unloading
- Monday–Thursday
- 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Must be 21 yrs and older with a valid driver’s license *per insurance requirements
Wash Aisle Operator
- Tuesday–Friday
- 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or until completion
Schedules may vary based on production and department needs.
What You’ll Do
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Load and unload company trucks
- Sort, move, and process garments, mats, and other products
- Operate production or washroom equipment
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow
- Support production and facility operations as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What to Expect
This is an active warehouse position—not a desk job. Team members must be prepared to:
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50–60 pounds
- Work in a warehouse environment that may be hot, cold, humid, or noisy
- Handle garments, mats, and materials that may be worn or soiled
- Maintain a steady work pace and meet established production standards

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, production, loading, or industrial experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license and 21+ yrs old required for the Truck Loading & Unloading position
