Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced environment.
WE WILL TRAIN YOU FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE / APPOINTMENT POSITION
Must have at least 2 years Customer Service experience
Must be able to handle calls, great phone communication skills,
Must be a great Multitasker, with a positive attitude and able to handle calling for customer appointments, questions of freight delivery, filing, producing reports, handling daily emails.

Responsibilities
Transportation Experience Preferred -
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with shipping information, pricing, and delivery
- Process pickups, deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional phone mannerisms
