Directs the day -to-day operations of multiple r e sidential progra m s, providing supervision to the home supervisor(s), and oversees residential services provided to adults with develop m ental disabilities.

Responsible for selection, supervision, and performance management of direct reports and for the implementation of personnel policies and performance management in all assigned homes, both directly and indirectly through subordinate supervisors. Provides for succession planning, professional growth, relevant continuing training and development of the team.
Provides direct coverage for Home Supervisors, including on-site supervision at assigned homes. This includes direct supervision of the home and staff in the case of Home Supervisor vacancies or leaves of absence.
Ensures consistency in quality of services throughout the region and pro m ote continuous quality i m prove m ent using training, technology, co mm unication and regular onsite presence at each home.
Monitors service delivery to ensure ti m ely and effective i m ple m entation of individual plans of service.
Ensures the establish m ent and m aintenance of staffing patterns in the ho m es that m eet the needs of people served while ensuring efficient and effective use of hu m an and technological resources.
Monitors adherence to established budgets and cost control measures, assists Regional Directors with prioritizing expenditures, reviewing budget reports and directing supervisors on such issues.
Ensures co m pliance with agency, accreditat i on, licensing, contract, and legal require m ents, including preparation and participation in audits and assisting Regional Directors in developing and m onitoring corrective action plans as necessary.
Monitors physical plant to ensure supervisor responsibilities are being met. This includes, but not limited to, maintenance of the home and compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements.
Reviews incident reports, m onitors trends and takes action to prevent or m i ni m i ze adverse effects of these events.
Assist Regional Directors with the investigation of complaints, including but not limited to, recipient rights, licensing, and significant violations of agency policy. This could include gathering information, scheduling and participating in interviews and other support as directed.
Attends m eetings and participates in assigned co mm ittees and workgroups as needed.

Education and Experience
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years progressively responsible supervisory experience in a related f i eld. Experience working with people with develop m ent disabilities, a working knowledge of Adult Foster Care licensing rules, accreditation standards and co mm unity m ental health contract require m ents preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Communication Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with others in person, by telephone or videoconference, and in written form as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Ability to interpret a variety of information in written and verbal form.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to use mathematics to communicate and interpret information and solve problems.

Ability to solve practical problems, deal with a variety of variables, make independent decisions relative to duties. and direct others e ff ectively in carrying out those decisions.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with all basic business applications, such as, spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing, calendars, email, videoconferencing, and internet.

Work well both independently and cooperatively as part of a tea m . Ability to respond to calls on a 24-hour basis and work directly on-site in homes during a variety of shifts.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. When covering the role of a home supervisor the work may include doing residential support duties which has the following physical demands:
Exerting 50-120 pounds of force occasionally, (when lifting an individual served in cooperation with at least one other employee), or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, or 10-20 pounds of force routinely to move objects or assist clients. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for medium work.
Work Environment
This job is eligible for regular remote work as approved by the immediate supervisor and outlined in the MOKA Remote Work Agreement. The work normally occurs in an indoor office, home office, or group home environment; includes regular travel to various MOKA sites and external locations, access to reliable transportation during the workday is required. Exposure to outside atmospheric conditions is experienced in traveling to various sites
