- Build executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages for leadership and Board presentations.
- Support contract and program financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and resource planning.
- Develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
- Assist with cash forecasting, working capital planning, and liquidity analysis.
- Improve financial reporting processes, automation, and data integrity across systems.
- Support strategic initiatives, business cases, pricing analyses, and investment decisions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, corporate finance, or business analysis / investment banking experience.
- Strong experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, government contracting, technology, or other project-based environments preferred.

- Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Government contracting or defense industry experience.
- Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations.
- Familiarity with program-based forecasting and project financial analysis.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and preparing Board-level materials.
What Success Looks Like
- Produces accurate, actionable forecasts that improve management decision-making.
- Develops models that leadership relies upon to run the business.
- Identifies risks and opportunities before they impact financial results.
- Delivers insightful analysis, not just reports.
- Operates with a high level of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
