What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in their work.
You should be comfortable walking into a property and noticing what needs attention—whether that's a wall that needs patching, trim that needs replacing, paint that needs touching up, or an area that needs to be cleaned.
You don't need to be a licensed contractor or an expert in every trade, but you must have previous maintenance experience and be comfortable performing basic building repairs.
At the same time, this position requires someone who doesn't mind doing the less glamorous work. Cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, taking out trash, and general janitorial work are all regular responsibilities of this position.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, hands-on work, and keeping a property in excellent condition.
Schedule
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible weekday schedule

- No Saturday or Sunday work
- Schedule can be discussed with the right candidate

$23–$26 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Candidates with stronger maintenance skills and the ability to independently complete a variety of repairs may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.
