Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bakery and Pastry Prep Associate to join our commissary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and pastries, ensuring all products meet our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your pastry and baking skills in a bulk / wholesale commissary kitchen. Pastries are prepped for daily bake and delivery, not made to order. This offers a more relaxed environment, great for learning and honing your skills while not under the time crunch of a live service position.
