Job Summary:
We are seeking Journeyman Inside Wiremen for commercial work inside active Amazon warehouse project in Smithfiled, NC.
This is a short-term job with an estimated duration of 4 years, working through IBEW Local 553.
Compensation / Schedule:
- $32.44 per hour
- Monday - Thursday
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a commercial warehouse setting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code requirements
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and equipment installation
- Work safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and site requirements
Qualifications:
- Background check needs to be cleared a week prior to the project's start
- Journeyman-level experience in industrial electrical installation
- Valid OSHA-10 certification completed within the last 5 years
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a substance abuse test
Pay: $32.00 per hour
