Volunteer Holding is looking for a professional CDL-A OTR driver to operate an assigned 2022 Volvo VNL 860 pulling a 53' dry van.
We're looking for someone who wants a long-term driving position with quality equipment, straightforward communication, and direct access to the truck owner when you need something.
We'd rather be upfront with our drivers than promise unrealistic miles or earnings. Miles will vary based on freight availability, market conditions, hours of service, and home time. Our focus is keeping the truck moving and building a long-term relationship with the right driver.
Pay & Additional Compensation
- $0.68 CPM
- Weekly direct deposit
- $500 quarterly safety bonus
- $30/hour detention pay after 2 hours
- $150/day layover pay

Home Time
- Approximately 7–14 days OTR
- We will work with drivers on home-time scheduling whenever possible
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2 years of verifiable CDL-A OTR experience preferred
- Current DOT medical card
- Must pass required DOT drug screening and meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
- No felonies within the past 10 years
- No DUI/OVI within the past 5 years
- No handheld device/cell phone while driving violations
- No more than 2 MVR violations within the past 36 months
- No speeding violations of 15+ MPH over the posted limit
- No reckless driving
- No improper or erratic lane-change violations
- No following-too-closely violations
- No hit-and-run, leaving-the-scene, or failure-to-report-accident violations
- Must meet all DOT/FMCSA and carrier qualification requirements
