Business Development Manager (B2B Sales – Security Industry)
Location: Sacramento Branch | Base Salary: $70,304 + Commission + Bonus!
Platinum Security is a fast-growing private security company seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business, grow key accounts, and expand our market presence.
What You’ll Do
- Aggressively pursue and close new sales opportunities
- Contact and meet with potential clients to build strong pipelines
- Research markets and develop new revenue channels
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients
- Create proposals, quotes, and sales strategies
- Attend industry events to network and generate leads
- Support growth targets and help develop team skills
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3+ years in sales and 3+ years customer service
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of customer needs and Nevada market dynamics
