Inside Sales Specialist

Schedule: 3 days/week
Pay: $20/hr + commission
We’re supporting a studio in Portsmouth, NH that, due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring on an Inside Sales Specialist to guide clients through the selection and purchasing experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with families, values wellness and self-development, and is passionate about creating meaningful experiences through photography that preserves memories and legacies for generations.
What You’ll Do
- Present options and guide clients through purchasing
- Upsell
- Create strong rapport
- Handle checkout, pricing discussion, and negotiations
- Deliver an exceptional, polished client experience
What We're Looking For
- Sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
- Confident, upbeat communicator who can think on their feet
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
