Design and implement integrated systems combining employees, machinery, materials, and information for optimal efficiency and capacity planning.
Develop resource allocation strategies for labor, equipment, and materials to maximize output while reducing operational costs.
Establish benchmarking and monitoring systems to lead quality control measures and ensure product standards.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent combined education/experience.
2+ years of related work experience in industrial engineering.
Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, process design, and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis, critical thinking, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling.
Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, ERP/Oracle) and simulation tools.
Proven leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international), occasionally on short notice.
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
5+ years of industrial engineering experience, specifically with high-volume manufacturing and automation projects.
Background in manufacturing power electronics, inverters, solar power systems, or battery storage systems.
Hands-on experience with production lines involving mechanical/electrical connections, circuit boards, and high-voltage switches.
Practical application of Lean techniques, including 5S/6S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 quality and environmental management standards.
