Warehouse Operations Coordinator
Albany Last Mile is a fast-growing final-mile logistics company specializing in furniture and appliance delivery. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support our daily warehouse and delivery operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, problem-solving, and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, drivers, customers, and our logistics systems.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Inventory Management
- Receive and process inbound freight documentation
- Verify receiving paperwork and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Scan and update inventory in warehouse management systems
- Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate delivery, receiving, and inventory records
- Process returns, damages, and exception reports
- Upload and organize photos and supporting documentation
- Track missing items and assist with delivery troubleshooting
- Communicate with drivers regarding inventory and delivery issues
- Assist with customer service inquiries and operational email management
- Manage daily reports, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks
- Support leadership with operational follow-up and issue resolution
Warehouse Operations Support
- Coordinate route staging and delivery preparation
- Verify products are properly scanned and accounted for before loading
- Assist with quality control inspections and damage reporting
- Support driver load-out processes and ensure paperwork is complete
- Help maintain warehouse organization and operational efficiency
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Requirements
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Warehouse, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time Position
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
