We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment in Wilmington NC. Responsibilities
- Needs 5+ Years of experience General Manager college degree requested
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring smooth shift transitions
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness by supervising food handling procedures and enforcing health regulations.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management.
- Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS and R365 System for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Train and develop team members on food preparation techniques, customer service protocols, and safety procedures to foster a knowledgeable and motivated staff.
- Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service.
- Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards across all departments.Requirements
- Proven management experience in a Full Service casual pizza dining experience
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Toast POS or R365 proficiency in cash handling is essential.
- Background in fine dining or casual dining settings; catering experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in hospitality management, team training & development, and shift management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, food industry standards, and kitchen management practices.
- Must have a firm understanding of Labor and kitchen staffing training
- will be working FOH and BOH if needed daily.
- Work with dedicated ownership based out of Wyoming on a weekly basis.
- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO WILMINGTON NC

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
