Who This Role Is For
We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. This role is for someone who wants to learn how to run a restaurant and eventually take ownership of one.
We will be conducting multiple rounds of interviews throughout April and are targeting a May or June start date.
You should be:
- Someone who takes initiative without being told
- Comfortable being in charge during a shift
- Able to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Willing to work in any position when needed
- The type of person others naturally follow
What You’ll Do to Start
- Lead shifts and keep service running smoothly
- Direct staff and handle issues as they come up
- Step into kitchen or front-of-house roles as needed
- Help maintain standards for cleanliness and service
- Support opening and closing duties
Cross-Training & Development
You will be trained across all areas of the restaurant to become a well-rounded operator. The goal is for you to be able to step into any role when needed and understand how the entire operation works.
Training includes:
- Shift leadership and daily operations
- Dishwasher and kitchen flow
- Line cook execution
- Kitchen Management basics (prep, inventory, pars, organization)
- Server responsibilities and guest interaction
- Bartender fundamentals
- Bar management basics (inventory, pars, organization)
This training is hands-on and ongoing. Progression is based on your ability to perform each role during real service, not just complete training.
What This Can Turn Into
This position is designed to grow into Assistant GM and General Manager for the right person. That path is based on performance, not time.

- Restaurant experience preferred
- Nights and weekends required
